Mostly quiet day today. Took Milo to the park. Played some Sims 3. Later on we wen't to wish Matt a happy birthday. I've been tired all day. My wrists also started to play up again. I had milk in my coffee, I wont do that again. Going to buy some coffeemate tomorrow.
Pain: R KNEE!, arms, big toes. Wrists especially annoying, but not too bad yet. Back/hips playing up a bit as well.
