I'm pretty amazed that I didn't have an anxiety attack at the doctors today o.O. I have problems with the "women's health check". It causes anxiety attacks EVERY TIME except this time. Which I say is probably thanks to the zoloft. Well...i'm no happy to be on another drug, but I am happy that I am more able to do things I need/want to do without having such high anxiety about it. Thats about it.
Pain: R elbow is very sore :(. Arms, R foot, L ankle, R hip, knees, sternum a bit.
